Update for 11/2009: 
Our full-service dog facility in Bucktown is currently under renovation.
Please call to book training drop-offs, we do have availability.

If your dog is dropping off for a Board & Train, you will need to bring 3 things:

1. Proof of vaccinations, including Rabies certificate.
2. Your dog's food supply. (Food is kept the same to avoid stomach upsets)
3. 1/2 payment, check or cash; the other half is paid upon pickup when you are satisfied with the training.

And of course any medication or supplements your dog is taking. We supply everything else.
